Halftime Snack - Strip Steaks with "Gentrified" Sweet Potato Fries

This was a great halftime meal for Alexis and me. I wanted something to take my attention away from the FSU game anyway.
I seasoned a pair of C.A.B. NY Strip steaks with Meat Church Garlic & Herb and let it rest at room temperature for an hour. Then I grilled them on a Mini-Max at 450f for 3 min, 45 seconds a side.
Alexis deep fried the sweet potato fries and as soon as they came out, we liberally seasoned them with Gentry's BBQ Ham Bone Seasoning.
The steak was money but the fries with the Ham Bone on them was fantastic too. I have to credit the wife with that idea and she was right!
