Fridge full of pork. This weeknds cook(s) - belly burnt ends & shoulder

Dry salt brined a 10 pound shoulder and a 3lbs belly for the weekend yesterday. 

This morning cubed up the belly for some burnt ends tonight and seasoned the but (two small ones trimed and tied togeher) for end of summer pool party tomorrow.
