IP then Seared Ribs with Buffalo Cauliflower. WTF??

So I had a 1/2 rack of SLC ribs and not a lot of time so let’s play. Ribs were rubbed with BBBR(according to the label Keto friendly) and into the Instant Pot on high pressure for 30mins with beef stock as the liquid.

Meanwhile the small was heating up to 600° to sear the ribs and the hot clock was baking the buffalo cauliflower

Qnd it all comes together

Everything done in less than 90mins. Great meal and good fer the gut.

Nice as usual Matt. Stealing the buffalo cauliflower. Our IP lives in a closet. We never got into it. This starts me thinking...Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

@bgebrent - just think of it as another tool. I don’t use mine much unless I’m in a hurry. Sometimes it’s still quicker to go crazy hot n fast on the egg but more time than not the IP is just waiting for the call of duty.bgebrent said:Nice as usual Matt. Stealing the buffalo cauliflower. That looks great! Will have to give all of it a try. Never had much luck with cauliflower, but I need to try harder. Love my IP.
For those of you who don't use your IP, I find it very useful for lots of stuff. Stew, chicken stock, beets, pinto/lima/butter/black beans (no overnight soaking needed), kale, collards, green beans, baked beans, rice, lentils, pot roast (especially pot roast!)... more.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Hmmm I thought with pressure just need 15 minutes for ribs. That's how I do it, but interested to see the difference with 30

My first rodeo with pressure ribs. Are you using IP or old school pressure cooker?

Is it legal to sell things on this site? I could include a cutting board, slightly warped.Carolina Q said:
