with a nice Portuguese red! This was delicious. Tenderloin in the Sous Vide at 130 for 90 minutes. I’m loving the zucchini pasta!

Great pic too! Well done

I I get a zucchini about 1 1/2” thick and use a spirilizer. This time it was tossed in evo, garlic, red pepper, black olives, Chile flakes and a bit of bacon fat. Stir fried quickly. I’m really liking it!In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

Great looking plate! Tenderloin cooked perfectly, the zucchini pasta is a nice alternative and still really tasty. I did butternut squash pasta the other week and turned out great as well.
