I posed a question to the forum a couple of weeks ago. Could parchment paper be substituted for butcher paper? Someone suggested I try it and report back so here I am. It worked well on these baby backs.

@td66snrf - always appreciate the follow-up as many bail on that end of the deal. Glad it worked out as parchment is a whole lot easier to source than butcher paper in reasonable quantities around here. Nailed those ribs btw.
