950* Hamburgers

Didn't realize temp dial had wrapped around passed 750* to 250* and decided since fire looked so good I would go ahead and do burgers on cast iron griddle.

Even a little dry but still med rare, they were really good.
I can't imagine how good they'll turn out when I actually get the temp right at about 550*-600*.

    You might wanna calibrate your thermo after that. If it still works.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
