chopped brisket sandwiches? Tonight, we had a hunk of brisket I pulled out of the freezer from sometime back in June. I thawed it, and then sliced it. To heat, I have a CI griddle/grate that I heated really hot, placed the brisket on the griddle, squirted a bit of water and covered with a cloche (you can use the lid of a wok as a cloche) for less than 2 minutes, just enough to get it hot. It was as good as it was when it came off of the Egg and really juicy... but most of all... TASTY!!!! Served with baked potato, corn on the cob and fresh, homegrown tomatoes.

Brisket cheesesteak! Chop up the meat in frying pan add some fried onions and melt some American cheese on top and you’ve got a great sandwich.

Next time use as the main filler for ABT's. You will be the star of the show. Chop how much you think you need, then into a blender to get nice and fine, mix with melted habanero cheese for the easily workable stuffing. Load, bacon wrap and go. FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Those look outstanding.

Yep. I’ve helped a competition team do this with 2 parts shredded brisket to 1 part cream cheese. Then glaze them with Costco’s raspberry chipotle glaze. They got 5th place out of 300 teams. Among the best bites of food I’ve ever had.

I just consider that it's just beef, and go from there.
Any LO's can go in 'anything' and since it's brisket, the 'anything' will only get better!
