My BIL is an Exec. Chef at a country club in Phoenix.  The FIRST thing he did when we entered LC's, was take a picture.  He was SO enamored at first sight, that it was the only pic he took all day of our KC BBQ tour through LC's, Gate's, KC Joe's, Jack Stack, and McGonigle's...

Must say that Lewis BBQ is as good as it gets. Super friendly as well. The GM took me back and showed me their smoke room and all throughout. Brisket was absolutely incredible.
