Great Accesory

Stumbled across this a few weeks back. Not sure it will hold six racks as advertised but will easily hold five. Cooked at 275° for 4 1/2 hrs, sauced after removing from Egg.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

That’s pretty clever.  Could be a PITA to store, but I like the idea.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I did that 2006ish, I think.  My basic conclusion was, hard to clean, hard to sauce, hard to foil, hand to move ribs around during cook.  t
