You are correct, I just made an adjustment and closed the large a little because the temp was up at 450

@JMCXL How do you like having the Large And MM? I currently own a LG and want to add a MM or other smaller size. Do you wish you had a different size? Just curious.

MMX is great for small cooks, gets to temp quickly and uses a lot less lump than my XL.

I am a little out of control, as I have 5 eggs, XL, L, M, MM, and mini. That being said, the MiniMax is great for travel and I have no issues getting it to high temp. ( some have complained about that) The only issue it I think it is very expensive

bottom line if if you are ok with price it’s a nice addition
