Sous Vide + Caveman Flank Steak

Flank steak cooked sous vide at 135 for two hours, while I had some veggies going on the grill. Once the veggies were done, pulled off the grid and dropped the steak right onto the coals. Kind of a spur of the moment thing, but it turned out great. 

Sliced the steak thin and made sandwiches with cheddar and horseradish mayo. Veggies got diced up and dressed with a homemade vinaigrette.
