gave the offset a trial run, turned out amazing. I was worried it was going to be a bit smoke heavy but it was not one bit. Thanks for looking have a great week everyone. Temp rode at 250 the entire way. there was about a 10 deg diff between sides.

Quite a banquet. How many were you cooking for? Did you find it hard to time the various components of the meal so that they were all ready at once?

Now that is a "Da-n the torpedoes, full speed ahead" trial run. Looks great and glad it passed with flying colors. A true banquet. Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. There was only a few of us, had some leftovers for sure. No the timing worked out good for everything, chicken sausage and corn all finished at the same time. The ribs finished a bit early which was good because I wanted to try out the warming cabinet on the side. Worked great then I put the ribs back in the CC for the last 15 min.GrateEggspectations said:Quite a banquet. How many were you cooking for? Great trial run @AlbertaEgger. I'm sure it was very satisfying to cook on your own design.Phoenix
