First Try st Lamb Chops. OMG!!

Options
Picked up a tri pack of small lamb chops and seasoned with salt, fresh rosemary , oregano n thyme and into the SV at 135

Then seared on the mini 


And plated with s Greek salad

    Man you have lived a sheltered life but now the cherry is busted.  Great looking cook enhanced by the diamond plate.  Congrats.

    SV lamb is one of the better applications of SV IMO.

    Great looking cook.  We love lamb here and I often do loin chops -- they're cheap and very tasty, with the succulent meat near the bone that runs through the middle of what's kind of like a lamb version of fillet/strip.  They're small and you (I) can easily eat 4 in a sitting.
