Looks great. I never thought of trying a smaller prime rib, but yours certainly looks like it came out fine.

Do you know what the internal temp was when you pulled it? How long of a rest before cutting?

We usually do a 2 or 3 bone Prime Rib. I think that's about 3 to 3.5 lbs.
