Morning All:

Doing a couple slabs of beef ribs for tonight's dinner...just put them on the Egg...the left slab has Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks & coarse salt...the right slab has the Steak Cookoff Association "House Blend" (basically salt, pepper & garlic)…


I'm using the SCA rub as I got a small bottle yesterday when I completed their class to be a judge for SCA events (already signed up for two events in the next couple months).
