Jalapeño n Strawberry/Peach Wangs with ABTs

Mixed and simmered some strawberry and peach jam with some pickled japs then hit with stick blender.
On the large just after saucing
Made a few ABTs but got no egg pic.
And plated

Sometimes the diamond plate gets too much of a challenge. Wangs look great and only you can asses the ABT's.
However, I don't think I have ever had a "meh" ABT. I would conclude that your standards are too high, especially on a Friday and I'm good with that.
