Caveman Tri-Tip

Mixed some fine ground coffee with the last of some Holy Cow.Indirect over some RW and hickory chunks.
Caveman four minutes per side. Probably should have went three.Served with store bought rice mix and a salad with vinaigrette. I had never heard of a tri-tip before joining this forum. For that, I thank you.

    Congrats on the enlightenment.  Great lookin outcome right there.  Once you go caveman you will never go back...  somehow the rhyme is missing here!
    But a great plate across the board.  Way to jump in!
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
