I have a meat loaf smoking in the medium right now. 
Ingredients:1.5 lbs lean ground meat, 1 cup of dice onion and green pepper in total, 1 egg, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup The Shed's Sweet and Spicy barbecue sauce. Used 1 small chunk of pecan wood.
