So I made a first attempt at philly cheese steak tonight. I don’t have a Blackstone so I used the poor mans alternative - a 2 burner Camp Chef with CI griddles. Sammie’s were good. Finished off with peach-blueberry cobbler. I’m always a bit embarrassed at my lack of skill in plating and photographing my cooks when so many of you on here have such strong skills, but the food tasted good and the fam was well fed.

Thanks everybody! @Wolfpack I used flank steak and yes, I put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes to get it about 1/2 frozen to make slicing easier. I used a 14 inch brisket knife to slice the flank steak. Worked like a dream for making super thin slices.XL Central Ohio
