Peri Peri Chicken Legs Quarters

Marinated for 4 hrs and cooked indirect at 275 with Post Oak for smoke. Added some. Tsunami Spin just before cooking. Basted with more sauce during the cook and seared towards the end.

My SWMBO ate here entire leg which is an indicator that it passed the test.
Lucky for us there is a Nando’s in Naperville so I can compare my version to theirs.
