Probably a little TMI but here goes nothing;
Im paying for the new wing sauce I tried I don't remember then name off hand but it was a ghost pepper hot sauce with great flavor not a vinegar flavor and a little heat but not burn your face or mouth and tastebuds kind of heat but today my butt is screaming, I've been farting fire for the last 3 hours and I am ashamed of what i did in the bathroom, the worse part is my checks are burning and i can't stop the madnessLong Island NY

lkapigian thats exactly what I do when I make my hot oil EVOO and some flavorful hot peppers ie, scotch bonnet, ghost, portugal hot let them torment for a while then cook them down and mix with the oil and keep for a year I put that sh!t on everything

My experience w. ghost pepper is exactly once. 1 bite. Dave's Insanity Sauce was sane by comparison.

Many years ago my wife and I were in an island not sure which one but anyway the waiter gave us some local dish and said it was on the spicy side. Me being a tough guy said I love hot food, and after trying it I said its not hot enough. He tried to warm me that the heat was slow, but I insisted on more heat and he obliged. Again not really hot going in but 10-15 minutes later I wanted to cry. There was not enough ice cream/milk/dairy in the wold to put out the fire in my mouth. I swore to myself that the was the last time I eat hot food. Before the vacation was over I bought a bottle (5) of this magic sauce and brought it home with me and till this day I have no idea what was in it but man a drop or two in anything brought the heat. Moral of the story don't give up get back in there and burn your mouth eventually you like it; or just end up with an ulcer or an atomic butt which is what Im dealing with nowgdenby said:
