Smoked spuds are legit. I did some with a kiss of apple a few weeks ago...wife asked me to keep them in the regular rotation.

Baked potatoes on the egg are a favorite in our house. I have been using the recipe linked below from Cooks Illustrated. I just do it on the egg instead of the oven. Simple - and delicious.
