Grilled Rockfish to Tacos

Took the leftover Rockfish from Sunday’s cook and made healthy tacos, meaning the tortillas I used were low fat, low calorie, 1 point WW. Reheated the fish with some Adobo seasoning, heated the tortillas in a dry skillet, topped with fish, mango habanero salsa, green onions, cilantro, and lime. Pretty tasty. Next time we’ll take the grilled fish and make tacos on day 1. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
