    The knives are priced just over $950 because theft of anything above that is a felony in Cali.  Something like that.  Pretty funny, but he seems damn serious about them.

    Yeah, one article it was like $950.01, he said it was a penny over the noted felony charge.   Haha.

    Agree that most of the other stuff isn't crazy, and yes, I expect the short rib is probably for 2 (or more). If you've seen him do his short rib (check out the series Ugly Delicious on Netflix), it is a 2-3 rib slab that he carves. Gorgeous.
