So my cousin got a new XL today and I got to break it in for him. Someone has to do it, right?
I did some chicken quarters over apple wood, zucchini noodles with clam sauce and pasta salad.

Nice move to step in as the relief cook on a virgin XL. Great looking outcome right there. Don't apply too much pressure right out of the gate.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Looks wonderful! Once in a while I envy people with XLs. My wife bought me a Medium as a surprise many years ago, and I LOVED it, but there were times when it just wasn't big enough, and then she bought me a Large, and now one or the other is almost always just right, and on very rare occasions I'll have both going at once. I hardly ever entertain, mostly it's just me and my wife, but I have to admit that once in a rare while it would be nice to just have more real estate on that grid. Looks cool, and you did a GREAT job of breaking it in for them with a fantastic looking cook!
