Finally figured out how to post pics. Just put on a 5.25lb point with a coffee and cocoa rub with ancho chile, brown sugar, crushed red pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Going low and slow for a while ( around 200 to 225) with pecan and oak mixed with RO on a raised rig. More to follow.

That looks good, bet it’s gonna taste even better. Tell me about that device your DigiQ controller is attached to. I could use something like that.LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
