thanks to @R2Egg2Q, @Chubbs, and @caliking for the inspiration...

I followed R2’s marinade recipe. Three in a few chunks of cherry wood.  Am adding honey and brown sugar when i flip. . And basting with a little extra hoisen from the bottom of the container. 

Started fifteen minutes each side indirect with a PS. 

After the second flip went raised direct. 

Will update again when they are served. No fancy hanging rig, unfortunately.
