Grilled some Striper yesterday. 400*, foil packed, very small and minimal cubes of butter, salt and pepper, Old Bay, garlic and chives. 15-20 minutes. Went raised direct at first then direct. Could have gone a few minutes longer to get flaky. Nice mild, sweet tasting fish. Worth getting again. I drank the juice at the bottom of the foil afterwards.  Yum.  Would have been great with crusty bread dipped in it.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
