1 cup of mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno from a jar
1/2 cup cilantro
2 limes
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing dry mix.
You can throw all this in a food processor or blender. I usually make 1/2 the recipe because then it will fit in a plastic squeeze bottle (I really like this one).
I use a mortar and pestle to grind the jalapeno and cilantro first. I think it gets a bit finer and dispenses more easily.
Adjust the viscosity of the dip with the lime juice. I make it a bit thinner if I'm putting it in a squeeze bottle.Coleman, Texas
