About every Saturday, if weather permits, we always have friends over for some food and drinks and laugh the day away while telling stories. So for todays feast I did a 13 # Prime Brisket from Costco and a couple of racks of BB's. Threw the brisket on yesterday around 6:00 PM and took off today for some FTC at 12:15 PM, eating will be around 4 or so. BB's were on at 11:00 AM and Im letting them ride neked. Now that the Brisket is taking a nap and the ribs are doing there thing, I'm gonna start drinking and telling stories!!!
