Pork tenderloin and candied bacon

Sunday was a cook day with pork tenderloin brined overnight with rice vinegar, apple juice, salt, sugar and worchesteshire. Rub was coffee grounds, cinnamon, brown sugar, pepper. Sided with mushrooms and onions, and a cotch salad. Indirect at 325 until temp was 160.
