Help fast! Roaster/Placesetter

Ok-I have a Roaster schicken in the sink which I'm prepping with sage, onion, cayenne, chef/fatman spicy rub. I know the wiz has the answers but being lazy & pressed for time - I got a few noob questions.
- Does the platesetter go leg up or leg down? (my guess is leg up)
- Do I take out the fire ring (stupid but thought I read that before)
- Does it go : PS, Drip pan, Grate then roasting rack?[p]- I plan on 400 for 20 minutes then 300 till done, m'kay? (6 lbs)[p]Thanks in advance
Pulled pork tomorrow for the Falcons game![p]I'll be back in a flash(back);-)

YES!!
Fire ring stays, plate setter legs up. Container to catch drippings, I like to put a beer or orange juice/apple cider water mixture 1 inch deep in the pan. Grid then the rack. LOL
