Using hickory chunks. Kept it at 245 approx for 2hours and 20 min. Till an internal temp of 150. Kept skin on during cook. Nice taking it off after. The knife went through like butter. Enjoy

You'd eat that in the same manner in which you'd eat a porn star? (Like with a tongue prophylactic or some kind of protective barrier? Wouldn't that negatively impact taste and texture?)
OR, maybe you'd eat that in the same manner in which a porn star would eat bacon? (I recognize there are lots of fetishes out there, but I've never actually considered whether and how a porn star would eat bacon. Thick cut? UNcut?? Canadian??? Are there vegan porn stars????]
