BGE Beef Ribs and Blackstone Potatoes and veggies

Egged  some beef ribs today with rockwood and hickory. Also seasoned the Blackstone and made potatoes with onions and zuccini. Everything was awesome. Thanks Mikey.

    Nice!  Where'd you score the beef ribs?  I'm in the Alpharetta/Milton area and can only seem to find then at Restaurant Depot.
