Chicken and Beef Fajitas

We had some friends over for dinner and our total party was four adults and three kids under four. I decided to make fajitas. To accommodate the guests I made both skirt steak fajitas with outside skirt meat and also chicken fajitas. I used the cast iron again to cook the skirt steak while I did the chicken on a regular grid. The skirt steak got a pineapple and soy sauce marinade for a few hours which really added some flavor. I dusted both the chicken and beef with some store-bought taco and burrito mix.
My wife and one of the guests teamed up to make guacamole, refried beans, and homemade corn tortillas. The meal was a hit. Here are some photos along the way.

I've never found a fajita seasoning I thought was great. What did you use?

I feel bad for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day -
I used Chileros Taco and Burrito Mix bought at Whole Foods. It was quite good.Plymouth, MN
