26lb Suckling pig on BGE XL for Super Bowl

I have no idea how to cook a whole pig. I assume the shoulder areas still come out like pulled pork, but what about everything else?
Seems like a TON more work than putting 40 pounds of butts on! Is the yield worth it?Milton, GA
