ravioli filled with hot Italian sausage, Asiago and Parmesan. Sauce is heavy cream Asiago, parmesan and leftover sausage with basil, oregano, and rosemary. First shot at homemade ravioli. Good stuff.

@Mattman3969 the pasta roller is a kitchenaide attachment. The press is this one.Mattman3969 said:Nice cook Jason! Do you have a pasta roller and ravioli cutters?
Roll it out. Lay on the silver one. Dimple with the white thing, fill, cover , rolling pin. Flip over and cut with pastry roller. Labor of love, but worth it. -

Man that looks great. When you say KitchenAid you talking about the mixer?

I’ve got a buddy that is heavy into pasta making. I’ve helped a few times and labor of love describes it well. He uses a hand crank roller.theyolksonyou said:

This is a father/daughter dish for me. We started when my daughter was maybe 11 years old. She’s 24 now. We always make the dough by hand, then roll out the sheets with an Atlas hand crank roller. We cut and seal each one by hand. It is indeed a labor of love and a special time I get to spend with her.
Your dish looks wonderful.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
