    3/2/1 ribs, grill 3 hours, braise in foil for 2 hours, back on grill for 1 hour
    Turbo - cooking pork butt in the low 300s. much faster than low n slow.

    That reminds me.  It seems that the coal is a flavor of the millisecond.  IIRC back on the other BGE site before this was hatched Royal Oak American and/or Wicked Good were the fuels du jour.
