That is a great recipe.  Looks like you did it right.

But, I gotta ask - Coldplay?

You heard it, I wasn't happy with it. >:( I had it on someone else's playlist on Spotify, coldplay NEVER should have happened!

For what it's worth, it was Iron Maiden when we were looking at the finished product on the grill.

The contrast did stand out to me.

How did you like the burnt ends?  When I did that recipe the flavor was incredible.  Almost too rich.

It was a rich dish. - Shocker, I'd never had Burnt Ends before, so I can't compare them to anything else. The melting garlic was great with it, put a couple pieces of that and a couple burnt ends between a small King';s Hawaiian Sweet Roll..... Heaven!

I thoroughly enjoyed that right up to the end, but the cliffhanger is going to keep me up tonight.

    "So, a brisket, traditionally is..."

    Is what??? IS WHAT????

On a serious note the brisket looks amazing and worth of the Iron Maiden intro.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
