i love beef sausage but don’t like the hassle of making my own. Anyone know a butcher or smokehouse that I can purchase uncooked beef sausages online?

I don't know about online but I'm sure there is--I hedge more towards a local butcher shop than online if there is one near you....Sausage freezes very well , just a question, what part of making it don't you like? Really is more in the equipment than the prep time IMHOVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

I’ve looked all over Va for a local butcher that sells and can’t find any. I just don’t care to take the time to make, case, etc. being lazy I guesRoanoke, VA

Did you try J&P Meat Processing in Wirtz, VA? About a half hour drive for you may be worth the trip. Could call to see if they make beef sausage, +1 (540) 721-2765. Agree with local butcher.1WVU said:I’ve looked all over Va for a local butcher that sells and can’t find any. I've not seen an all beef sausage in their lineup but since they are small batch makers if you contact them they might have something they could make for you.
Just Googling I see there are a bunch of makers of all beef sausage that ship.
Here was the top one on the list:

You will have to ask them, but check with Lagurski Sausage Co in Sheridan WY.

Those look awesome. I've been wanting to try something like that. Any recommendations or thoughts on the time required to smoke at 250 or so?

When I smoke the raw links on the egg - I go indirect at 225-250 and it takes 45 min to an hour. Or you can take them, wrap in bacon and season with a good rub like so:GrillSgt said:Those look awesome. I've been wanting to try something like that. Got it! We'll be shipping out on Monday (cause ya know fresh meats can't be in transit over the weekend) & I'll make sure you are taken care of!1WVU said:

Well don't those look awesome.
On another note in 1969 the horse barn I was working in had a 3 year old that went on to be a pretty good stallion.
