A great Dizz-covery with sweet potato, Pineapple Head and steak sauce

At the weekend, we cooked our standard reverse seared rib-eye steak with madeira and mushroom sauce. I also cooked sweet potato lightly dusted with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head and some butter. The combo of the steak sauce and DP infused sweet potatoes was outstanding, could not have predicted that. Truly a sum greater than the parts. Sauce recipe is below:

    Great looking cook...sweet tators & PH are made for each other!

    Suggestion...try carrots with the PH & butter (same way you did the tators)...those are delicious also (we call them "carrot coins").

    @SSN686 I like the idea! Might mix a very small amount of cumin in with the PH too. Thanks.

    @buzd504 it's just mushrooms in that shot. However we had leftover sauce and ribeye, so the next heated it up with some tagliatelle for a quick dinner, was lovely.
