Started at 9:00am and plated at game time to watch my beloved Pats win!!

Some say 3-2-1 produces a mushy rib but these were near perfect. 230-250 grill temps. Clean bones but a tiny tug to get it off.

Rubbed with BBQ Bros North Carolina rub. Ready for Egg.

resting.....bottom one with Sweet Baby Rays.....top one with home made Myron Mixon Hickory sauce. Needed to do an A-B comparison. I liked the MM hickory sauce much better

Plated with home made fries, home made cole slaw, green beans and home made dinner rolls!

TB12 Bobblehead watches the final celebration!

On to Minnesota!

Nailed the cook.  Congrats.  Any method to get the result you want is all that matters.
You live in a much more elegant sphere than do I.  Paired with wine, red and white (aka hot and cold for us bottom-dwellers)  =)

  • Everything looks great ... but..... the Pats picture  :D

Ribs and coleslaw look great!  Sorry but I can't stand Tom Brady or Belichick.  Too much blatant cheating for my taste.

Got some great color on those!

Beautiful cook, love that you paired with wine. We use reds, white, and Rosé. Really like a Grenache rosé with ribs.
    Thank you for sharing.
