I bake most of my breads in a pot in the egg and in the house oven. I like crusty breads and cooking in a pot (for half the cooking time) makes a very crusty bread.@JMCXL said:I never thought of In a pot. Let me know the advantages

2hrs gives you plenty of time to make sure you have some good butter on hand to demolish that loaf with
