I'm a big fan of a "little smokey" cut lengthwise and then sealed inside using Philly cheese. Sometimes after filling those boats I have then topped the boats using jalennpo jelly before a final wrap of bacon. That jelly adds an unusual sweet twist to my ABTs!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
