Chorizo bacon cheddar stuffed mushrooms and ABTs

Had a half pound of chorizo left from breakfast yesterday, so I decided I'd make some apps today. When shopping for supplies yesterday I came across this:


Thought, wonder how that would be with chorizo mixed in and used for filling? Time to find out.

Chorizo browned and drained:


Mixed in with the spread:


All prepped:


On the Small:


Started around 275*, let it climb to 325*-ish. took just over an hour:


It was a winner combo. Probably a bit expensive for a crowd, but pretty sure I can recreate that spread fairly easily.
