Learned a temperature lesson this morning

Options
SWMBO wanted pulled pork so I cooked an 8 lb. butt overnight.
I always fill the LBGE with lump before a long cook, and normally there is a lot left over at the end.
But with the outside temperature around 0°F it used the entire amount and there was just enough to finish.
I had the FB200 running to keep the temp stable and it did a great job, but I was surprised at how much charcoal it uses when the air temp is extremely low.
Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
