After reading about the Chocolate Pots I had to try them. Also have a 5lb prime grade prime rib to cook tomorrow. Doing the herb and butter encrusted style. Doing lobster tails in the sv with butter and teragon. Also picked up some dry packed Sea Scallops to sear up. Will update tomorrow.

Wow you are doing it up right! I'm interested to see how the sous vide lobster turns out for you, something I'd like to try myself. I will be following this so keep us posted on your progress.
