@focker I can never get that lucky
I have a 28, 17, and am trying desperately, to show restraint.
    But it’s only 150
Lol, this place is supposed to be helpful.  ;)

I went through the,  "Well I could use it when I go permanent (camping) down the road.  Or get rid of the 28.
    Keep pushing. Hahahaha
I hear your son asked Santa for a 36" Blackstone this year. Don't break his heart!
Lol, it's all about the kids man, big and small.
     ;)

In defense, I was able to get the 36($150), 28($75), and 17($70), for just shy of 3 bills.  =)=)=)

Guy said it was a fluke deal, sent from their warehouse out of season recently.
Way to go. I knew it was too hard to resist. I also pulled the trigger on this deal.
    Nice!!!
$150 is too hard to walk away from.
Glad you could bring one home.  B)
Can you go back and buy the other one? Drop it off at Vogel in Davenport and I'll send you $175 :)
Sure, I'll spread some Blackstone Christmas cheer.
    Where/what is Vogel?
    Will someone help unload there?
PM, we can work something out.

@Focker - Thanks Brandon for your generosity of helping me out. I found one in Sioux City that I am going to hope is still in stock tomorrow when I can get to town. Vogel or Diamond Vogel is a retail paint store in Davenport and I work at the headquarters in NW Iowa. Again I greatly appreciate your willingness to help a brother spend his money and move some freight.

Thanks bud, no prob.  Appreciate the clarification on Vogel/Diamond Vogel.

Let me know if things don't work out in Sioux City.

Got her assembled, registered, sanded, cleaned up, and paper towel holder installed.

What is the sanding part of the assembly/prep?

I took a mouse sander and 320 grit wet/dry, sanded until it felt smooth, but still could see a little texture.
Not necessary, but it is a nice old school iron touch IMO.

I was at tractor supply last night and saw a shattered window.  I asked the cashier what was up.  She said a manager and a customer were having a disagreement about how a gun worked. . . gun fired.
Whoa. Wtf were they arguing over a gun at TSC?

I've tried with no luck. I know another egger who has also tried. I've called 6+ Walmarts about price matching and none of them would price match each other's store. Maybe worth a shot calling and asking.

I've had a pricematch on a 14.5" WSM.  Showed him a pic out East of a herd marked $74, from the TVWB forum.  Failed on a $74 28" griddle, but was in the area of a store that had it.  It's worth a shot IMO, depends on who you get.
