yesterdays mashed potatoes planked on a cedar shingle is the way to go, make the potatoes with everything in the fridge. bacon,chives,bluecheese dressing, crema, butter, milk, garlic etc and let it firm up in the fridge overnight. cook it planked til crunchy on top next day, its a meal in itselfCarolina Q said:
