It seems to be the season for appliances. Our 10 year old Washer/Dryer set had to be replaced last week after the washer crapped out for the second time in a year. This week it was the garbage disposal. Hoping everything else stays working until after the first of the year as the Christmas gift budget has really taken a serious hit.
